I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and general public areas was impressive. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the view over the pool and restaurant area. The staff, including Karen, Patricia, the Executive Chef, and all the other members. Sassan and Sachin went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered throughout my stay. The location was excellent, with the Yorkdale shopping center just a short walk away. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's proximity to the subway and the ease of getting on the 401 highway. The buffet breakfast, although for an extra cost, was definitely worth it.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to public transportation, including the subway. It was also situated right across the street from a beautiful and expansive shopping mall, which was a great bonus. We appreciated that there was an onsite restaurant adjacent to the hotel, making it convenient for us to grab a meal without having to venture too far. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, especially Fatih in the dining room/lounge. Their hospitality and willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was great value for money, with a spacious and comfortable bed, and excellent pillows. The location was convenient, right across the road from a large shopping mall and close to public transportation. The staff were professional, polite, and ensured a safe environment with their security measures.

The breakfast could be improved. The fruit and pastries were not up to standard, and having a fruit spread for the pastries wasn't appetizing.

The hotel offers great complementary breakfast and comfortable rooms. The location is also very convenient as it is located near a mall and subway station which makes it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel has a great pool and gym area that I enjoyed using during my stay.

The hotel could use some updating, as the carpets in the rooms had an old smell and could use a deep clean. The restaurant prices were on the high side, which limited my willingness to eat there.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn recently and I must say, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. From the fresh seafood to the mouthwatering eggs benedict and sausage, every bite was a delight. And let's not forget the heavenly waffles with hot maple syrup. The menu had everything I could ask for and more. The cherry on top was the impeccable service from the friendly and attentive server. Chef Kelvin even took the time to check on my dining experience not once, but twice. If you're staying at this hotel, I highly recommend dining at their in-house restaurant. I had a wonderful stay and I'll definitely be back.

holiday inn was a pleasant surprise. the location, right by yorkdale mall and the subway, made exploring toronto easy. the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our anniversary special. the pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after a day in the city.
